What I really want: |
I really want to work as a engineer designing new and exciting mechanical tools. Whether it is earth moving equipment or a mechanical chair, I want to be there getting my hands dirty while at the same time working at the table with a team of engineers. But for now, I just want someone to mentor my skills. I need to fill a position where an experienced engineer can nurture my brain and train me for future excellence. |

*Design for PCC Structurals. My team of engineers (as a senior project) were faced with a problem which we had to solve. The problem was that this company had shelving with cast dies up to 28 feet off of the ground. The way they removed the dies was unsafe and not efficient. PCC Structural employees would get on a platform man lift and grab the dies and pull them on. We designed a mechanical device to remove human muscle and possible death. image 1, image 2, image 3, image 4, image 5, image 6, image 7, image 8, image 9, image 10. *Lots and lots of automotive work on personal vehicles. I also took on projects for friends and family. I have performed just about every duty involving a automobile (body repair, engine maintenance and rebuilding, transmission overhaul, and electrical). One of my main projects includes rebuilding my 1972 Camero. I ripped apart, and built it back up. It's a beauty. *I worked in a small engine shop at United Rentals where I learned to perform maintenance and major repair on all small engine tools. I also became a truck driver, delivering small excavators and backhoes to customers of the company. |
